Spring 2012 Registration Now Open for ALL Players
Priority Registration for returning players and their siblings begins on Sunday, November 20th with Open Registration beginning one week later on November 28th.
We anticipate our record enrollment trend from the past few seasons to continue for Spring 2012 and for the first time in many years we may have some leagues that will reach their maximum enrollment limit, so it is important to register early to secure your slot.

Key Dates:
November 20th – Returning Players and Sibling Priority Registration begins
November 28th – New Player Registration begins
December 16th – Open Registration ends
December 17th – Late Registration and Wait List begins
The Priority Registration period will continue until the open registration period begins for new players on Monday, November 28th. All returning players that register prior to November 28th will be guaranteed placement on a team. Beginning November 28th, placement on teams will be based on the timestamp of the completed registration and if a league reaches its maximum enrollment, the wait list will begin for that league. Open registration will close on Friday, December 16th and all registrations beginning December 17th will be charged a $50 late fee and the players placed on a Wait List.
Registration Fees*:
Majors = $350
AAA – TB5 = $325
TB4 = $200
* A processing fee of $6.50 will be added to each player registration to cover the cost of online registration and credit card fees.
Players registering after the Wait List begins cannot be guaranteed placement on a team. The number of teams per league will be finalized on December 20th so that coaches can be secured, uniforms and equipment ordered and schedules developed. We will clear players from the wait list based on the time stamp from their completed registration only up to the total numbers of players per team in each league. Parents will be notified by e-mail when their player has cleared the Wait List.
We hope to be able to accept all players, but we will not add more teams after December 20th, so it is imperative for families to register on time to guarantee their slot. In the past, we have extended registration into January, but that has created delays in our scheduling and team assignment processes. These concerns were expressed in the Spring 2011 surveys by numerous parents and we are attempting to eliminate the delays through this change in registration timeline.
