Aside from helping our children develop their baseball skills and learn good sportsmanship, an important goal at Buckhead Baseball is to help them build strong character traits.  Former major league player Mike Matheny has published a worthwhile letter to parents of youth sports athletes, which does a good job presenting a view of character development, coaching philosophy and player/parent expectations.
